Have you encountered difficulties sharing your screen?

Hello,

I'm a new teacher, that has had difficulty sharing my screen. When I attempted to share the lesson plan that would not upload several duplicate Verbling appeared.  Do lessons have to be in PDF's or a different format? Thank you in advance for your help.
