I was charged by Error

The sitations is really scary. I didn't mean to buy 10 (!!!) lessons, but I was charged for 10 lessons. More than 10K hryvnias (around $500). It was a mistake and I want my money back.
I've written everywhere where I could, but nobody replies.
I am begging to help me.
Luckily, Verbling is going to return the money onto my credit card, so thank you everyone, who responded to this message and thanks to the Verbling support team for understanding.
