Different words that sound the same in Spanish

This is something very common in languages, in Spanish it's called "Homofonia". Meaning, when two or more words sound almost the same but refer to different things.

Some examples are:
Hay: There is.
Hay dos cachorros.

Ahí: There.
Ahí están los cachorro.

Ay: ouch!
¡Ay, el cachorro me mordió!

El: The
El cachorro.

Él: He.
Él está bien.
