My name is Stella, Im a native French teacher. I have a Master in Didactics of plurilinguism and a degree in HR and Management.

I have been working in the language industry for over 13 years now, in different countries. I have experience with adults in companies (business French) but also face to face tuition (general french). I also taught to children in an international school. I can speak English, Spanish, German and a little bit of Catalan.

I do have some knowledge about language typologies, about language acquisition, sociolinguistics and language policies.

I am used to teaching French for a Specific Purpose, which means that lessons are tailor made. Before the first lesson, I always start with a needs analysis.

Learning a language is not just all about integrating irregular verbs or learning off by heart lists of vocabulary. It is a mix of all that plus phonology and the cultural dimension which has to be integrated. I am skilled to teach from beginners to advanced levels, using varied ressources.
