Hello! My name is Allyssa and I am a certified teacher of English as a Foreign Language with a Specialist degree in English Literature and Language from the University of Toronto in Canada.

My teaching style on Verbling is strictly conversational since I think this is what the platform lends itself to and since most of the students I meet ask for help improving conversation and speaking skills! I have experience teaching beginners, advanced students, and everyone in between. With your level in mind, I'll prepare exercises and discussion questions around a new topic for each class. You can choose the topics we will discuss or I'll do my best to choose something I think will interest you!
