My teaching philosophy is simple: make it relevant, and keep it fun! As a foreign language student myself I know how tempting it can be to focus on expressing yourself "perfectly" (i.e. without making any mistakes), but even mistakes are part of the process! Together we will enhance your communication skills one conversation at a time.

I am a patient, fun-loving tutor who believes that teaching and learning a language is a partnership between the student and the teacher. By taking the time to get to know your learning style we can adapt lessons to meet your unique learning needs and interests.

I taught English in South Korea for over two years and continue to provide language support services through local ESL programs in my community. I also provide corporate training services as a subject matter expert for my current employer.
