I am Javier Murphy and I am a bilingual teacher. My mother is English and my father is Spanish, and both languages are always used in my home. I was was born in Salamanca, Spain.
In this small quaint city is where I started learning English at home and then continued my studies in the oldest university in the country.
I studied English Philology in this university, and have a Master's degree in Creative Translation from the Universidad de Valencia.
I have been teaching English for four years, preparing students for Cambridge Official Exams, with good results. My main skills are pronunciation, a neutral accent, so foreigners can understand me clearly, a swift handling of interactive material and platforms, and lots of patience to teach :)
I like to adapt to students needs and consider myself practical. I have a keen sense of humour, so my students have a good time. To my view, it is good to have a dynamic rhythm in the class, and use various materials.
