I worked with students (ages 4 and up) on strengthening and applying sensory cognitive functions to develop the foundational skills needed for reading fluency, and comprehension. I provided individualized and differentiated instruction for up to 15 students at a time. I administered, scored, and interpreted results of standardized tests for measuring reading fluency and comprehension. I consulted with parents regarding evaluation and student’s progress throughout instruction. I trained and mentored new instructors in program steps and specific student needs. I collaborated with schools and other professionals regarding student’s instruction.
