I am a 42-year-old teacher and trainer from Scotland. I have been teaching and training both children and adults for the past 12 years. My forte is teaching English for specific purposes. I like to teach academic English to students and professional English to adults. I worked for 3 years as an English Language Specialist at Microsoft in Bangalore, India, where I helped teach software engineers how to communicate effectively in English with their customers and colleagues across the world. I love to blend language culture and soft skills into these sessions and give particular focus to professional activities such as sales, customer service, presentations, meetings, negotiations and other key business communications.
