Greetings! I truly enjoy helping people improve their conversational English. I am particularly interested in working with Russian speakers, as I love the Russian language and have some level of understanding of it. This could be helpful when there's confusion about words or phrasing. My previous conversational tutoring has earned me many compliments for my clear, patient, engaging, and good-humored style.

I am TEFL and IELTS certified, and I have a B.A. in International Social Development from the University of Minnesota.

I live in an agricultural region in the state of Iowa, U.S.A. I work with my husband in his agronomy business, where I focus on soil health, regenerative agriculture, and pollinator advocacy. If you are interested in any of these topics I would love to talk with you about them.

My other interests include New Orleans jazz, photography, and animals. (My husband and I have five dogs, a cat, and seven parrots.) Travel has always been a passion of mine, so I have seen quite a bit of the world.
