Discover American history and politics in my sequence of classes designed for intermediate English speakers.

Exploring a new culture is the best part of language-learning. Each of my lessons focuses on a specific topic in American history, government, or current events. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, expand your knowledge, and understand how Americans think.

Most of my students are executives, lawyers, engineers, and university administrators. They live in every part of the world: from South America to the Middle East, and from Europe to East Asia.

I am a professional tutor, and a doctoral student in American Politics. My expertise gives you a high-level view of what is happening in the United States, and how it relates to our country’s history.

Oral communication is my primary emphasis. I will also introduce you to advanced vocabulary, and provide readings to go along with each lesson. You should have a B1 level of fluency, but you do not need to be perfect. I will correct your errors and help you structure and complete your sentences.
