Which is the most native speaker like ?

1) "I know, because I've read the mail you've written to my boss." (2x Present Perfect)

2) "I know, because I read the mail you wrote to my boss." (2x Simple Past)

3) "I know, because I've read the mail you wrote to my boss." (Present Perfect + Simple Past)
