"On" or "In" the afternoon of the dinner
vor 8 Jahren In the book-cutting edge advanced, they use..."on the afternoon of the dinner". I'm really confused. I'm pretty confident that we should use "in the afternoon" rather than "on the afternoon". So, why they use on instead of in?
