In English, don't say 'I have hunger', say 'I am hungry'.
In English, don't say 'She has heat', say 'She is hot'.
In English, don't say 'You have reason', say 'You are right'.

Do you notice the pattern? In French, you use the verb 'have' + noun.
In English, you use the verb 'to be' + adjective.

In English, don't say 'It is a problem with the steering'. Say 'There is a problem with the steering'.
Don't say 'It is a problem with your account'. Say 'There is a problem with your account'.

Replace 'it is' with 'there is'.

In French, you use' the' for things in general but in English we don't.
So don't say 'The smokers have bad health'. Say 'Smokers have bad health'.
