Hi! My name is Franziska and I teach German for Business and Office Communication. My class is for you if you already have a B1 level of the German language or higher, and you would like to use it in your job. In our class, we will cover work-related topics, write professional emails, practice phone calls and especially focus on your conversation skills. We will also practice grammar and improve your pronunciation by talking about several different topics that you're interested in and using so-called "drills" (practice of specific language components by repeating them over and over when speaking). I studied German, English and Spanish at the university in Cologne, Germany, and I’ve been teaching German as a foreign language since 2011. As a German native speaker with many years of experience in teaching German, English and Spanish, I am very qualified to teach German, especially on high levels and for medical staff. If you wish to take exams, I can train you as I am a licensed examiner for several German exams up to level B2 (telc). My teaching method is very personal and individually-tailored. I have often taught medical staff, such as MDs, and have a licence in teaching German for medical professionals. My long years of living abroad in Europe and Asia and the many contacts with people from different nationalities and backgrounds are a very good prerequisite for teaching German.
