Über Mich

Hello! My name is Ashley. I am a TEFL Oxford Seminars certified English teacher from New York and published author. I believe that learning English should be an interactive and enjoyable experience, and for this reason, I incorporate video, audio, and educational games into my lessons to reinforce grammar and vocabulary. We can discuss movies, literature, politics, philosophy, or any topic that you find interesting. If you would rather focus on speaking, you may use your lesson time to gain the confidence you need for that job interview, presentation, or even a social event. Whatever it may be, I will customize a lesson plan based on your needs and interests, so that you may get the most out of your lesson.

I have nearly three years of experience teaching students of all ages, levels and nationalities. While teaching in both the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom, I have taught students from countries such as the Czech Republic, Vietnam, Russia, Spain, Italy, France, China, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and Syria. Businesses I have taught at include KB Expert, Pavodí Vltavy, Narodni Pokladnice, and Hexagon. Whether you are looking to focus on grammar, business English, conversational English, writing, FCE preparation, or practising for job interviews, I will design a lesson plan for you.
