Hello! Are you interested in improving fluency, grammar or interview skills? Would you like to learn English through poetry? I look forward to meeting you and creating a personalised class for you.

I have been teaching English for over 4 years and love everything to do with languages. I have a primary degree in Business Studies and French and a Master's degree in Linguistics - both from Trinity College Dublin. I also have a CELTA qualification. I am a native English speaker from Ireland but I grew up in a bilingual home because my father is from the Netherlands. For this reason, I have always loved languages and teaching them. Before I began teaching, I worked for Google for over 2 years. There, I trained as an interviewer. I had also worked in a bank in London. Today, I teach English and I help native and non native English speakers with skills for writing CVs, cover letters and I can help you prepare for an interview in English. I have been doing this offline for a few years and have helped many students be more confident before an interview. In my free time I write some poetry and I love to read. If you are interested, I can also teach creative writing through English. This is an excellent way to learn the language. I am a published and award winning poet with experience in teaching this too. My classes are focused and student centred. I try to encourage fluency as much as possible and I error correct as I teach. I look forward to working with you soon!

Finally, I also worked on a localisation project, helping Google to improve its product offering and support for international markets.
