I am a native English teacher from the UK specializing in spoken English. I focus on three important elements: pronunciation, fluency, and intonation. I teach intermediate and advance level. This is not a hobby. It is my full time job and passion.
* Do you think your English is at a good level but you need to improve your speaking?
* Would you like to become a more competent speaker of English?
* Are you thinking of travelling overseas and would like to speak more fluently ?
If you answered YES to any of these questions, then look no further. We will work together and decide what works best for YOU.
So, who am I?
Well, I am from the UK but have been living in South America for the past 5 years. I have lived all over Peru including the Amazon jungle region where I have been teaching students from all backgrounds of life.
What can I offer you?
If you do decide to take the trial class with me, I will give you a free grammar and vocabulary placement test to assess your level of English beforehand. During the class we will get to know each other, and I will also evaluate your oral English. If you then decide to take regular classes with me, we will complete a needs analysis to see what your interests are and what you need to improve. We will base our classes on this. I will also give you feedback after every class. Let's work together to achieve your goals. The classes will be fun, interesting, and dynamic , so you will never get bored.
What kind of teacher am I?
Well, I'm currently working towards becoming CELTA qualified. I take great pride in my work and want you to get the maximum out of my classes. If there is any area in which you would like to focus on more, then I will help you in every way possible. I try not to focus too much on grammar, instead incorporating grammar and vocabulary within our speaking classes.
So, if you are interested in having classes with me, please feel free to contact me at any time so that we can then set up a suitable time to have our first class together. I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
