IL CAFFE’ IN ITALIA…anzi i caffè!



Se sei già stato in Italia sai che abbiamo una passione per questa bevanda forte ed energetica: il caffè!
A questa piccola tazza vengono affidate davvero tante funzioni. Il caffè serve appena alzati per svegliarci, a metà mattinata per fare una pausa, dopo pranzo per digerire, in ufficio per fare due chiacchiere con i colleghi, quando studi per avere la scusa di alzarsi a fare altro…è così parte della nostra cultura e della nostra vita che quando vogliamo vedere un’amico/a, gli chiediamo di andare a prendere un caffè!
Ma quale caffè possiamo prendere?
Se siamo a casa possiamo caricare la nostra Moka e aspettare di sentire il tipico gorgoglio del liquido denso e scuro che uscendo riempie la cucina di un profumo avvolgente! Il caffè della Moka è dolce, delicato e si beve con calma.
Al bar invece possiamo sbizzarrirci a chiedere vari tipi di caffè, ma tutti partono dal famoso Espresso!

Se quindi il barista sente chiedere “un caffè” sa che si tratta di un caffè espresso normale. Dall’aroma forte, viene servito in una piccola tazza, la tazzina da caffè, solitamente di ceramica abbastanza spessa, in modo da trattenere il calore. Viene consumato quasi sempre in piedi davanti al bancone del bar, è un rito veloce e preciso!
Per chi ama un gusto meno intenso c’è il caffè lungo, semplicemente contiene una maggior quantità di acqua e quindi è più diluito, al contrario il caffè ristretto ha meno acqua ed è più concentrato. Se ci mettiamo un po’ di latto abbiamo il caffè macchiato, che può essere macchiato freddo oppure macchiato caldo quando la macchia è un po’ di schiuma calda di latte.
Se hai bisogno di una carica super c’è il caffè doppio ovvero due caffè nella stessa tazza, oppure il caffè corretto, questa volta ad accompagnare l’aroma è il whisky, la grappa o la Sambuca.


Il caffè con panna è una vera delizia e viene servito con la panna montata fin sopra il bordo della tazzina.
Infine, se dopo tutti questi caffè pensi di non riuscire più a dormire o di essere troppo nervoso, ma ne hai ancora voglia, puoi chiedere un decaffeinato!
Poi per l’estate ci sono tutte le versioni del caffè’ freddo…ci aggiorniamo a fine primavera!
