Hello, I am Erdoğan I live in west of Turkey in Uşak. Languages and cultures have always been a passion for me I can say comfortably that my favorite thing in life is meeting new people from other cultures. I also
love traveling, music in different languages, politics, and cooking food from other cultures. Currently I teach at a state school to native children. I can say I am a classic introvert but I am also very friendly which is a really bad combination sometimes. :)
As a teacher I can take the lead if necessary or leave it to you. People always say i am very compatible and flexible. I try to be a guide rather than a dictative teacher. I am like a friend with my other students. I am pretty comfortable with grammar and explaining it from different sides. I also like Stephen Krashens input method but I also use different methods if needed.
Language in essence is a tool for communication and what makes us humans, just as everybody has different ways to express themselves in their native language everybody has a different voice in their other languages and language learning is basically finding that. What you need in that journey is learning ways you like, learning how to get vocabulary that you will use to express yourself so a song can be a good motivator or a movie you will never know. You can even get fascinated by a grammar rule that you wouldn't imagine to be exist. İn a nutshell it is all about keeping your options open and being flexible.
