I actually wear two professional hats. I am an internationally-certified English teacher and speaking examiner with two decades of experience, but also a professional voice actor. Having taught online for half of my career (10 years) has put me in touch with students from all over the world, from diverse backgrounds both linguistically and culturally. I've had young learners and retirees, students and executives for top international companies (Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, Barclays, BP, Prada to name just a few). But, as the English voice of international brands like Siemens, Phillips and EDP, I have also honed a communicative style for the international market of precision and clarity. I have even been challenged to adopt various accents myself for voicing regional ad campaigns. This is the experience that I'll draw from for you. Combining a background in both language education and voice performance, I will teach you what I myself have had to master in adopting a new accent, but in an accessible way. You don't need to be a professional to master a new accent. You need a professional to show you how to it, quickly, thoroughly and effortlessly.
