Hi,
My name is Katrin and I'm from Germany

I love travels, languages and sports, especially any kind of water sports (kitesurfing, surfing, SUP). Furthermore, I enjoy laughing and I am a laughter-yoga-trainer. Besides being a language teacher I'm also a PE- teacher.

Whenever I have time I travel in my campervan to foreign countries and live a lot of adventures. I'm always happy to meet new people and hear their story. As a result, I've friends from all over the world.

I love to learn new things and like to share my skills with other people.

I am a university trained teacher (secondary school, 1st and 2nd German state exam) and I have taught in Primary as well as in Secondary School settings.

All in all, I studied 5 years and in addition I completed 2 years of teaching practice in order to be an acknowledged teacher in Germany.

I taught German to French students in France and I have worked as a Secondary School teacher for French in Germany.

Furthermore, I am a registered teacher in Australia.

I can teach beginners as well as advanced learners.

I strongly believe that speaking is the most important part within the process of learning a new language.

I will send you learnings materials for our lesson so that you can make the most out of the class. Furthermore, I will give you the necessary vocabulary (words, chunks, grammar hints) for our conversation class in order to give you the opportunity to prepare our talk in advance and make you speak as much as possible.
Your wish is my command, especially when it comes to topics of your interest. I prepare my classes for you individually, general language lessons as well as conversation classes.

I have taught over 700 hours of online lessons to more than 100 students so far.
