Listening to French songs is good, it helps to get intonations correctly, but still, you're at home listening to that nice French song, but after listening 3 times to the same tune you can barely hum it. Damn, it's so frustrating !
Well, good news folks, there's a website that will help you to see and remember the lyrics, by asking you to interactively pick up the missing words of the lyrics while you listen to the tune !
I selected that tune "Soulman" by L'oncle Soul" for you, it's level A1-A2 (beginner) and it's full of negative form in present tense, while loaded with good vibes.
Ok, you got that thing ? It's getting too easy, and you already start to remember pretty well the lyrics ? Go to level 2. When you see the "Cliquez ici pour commencer le jeu" (click here to start the game), go to the top right corner and switch from "Mode Choix" to "Mode Ecrit". Now, instead of just picking the words from a list, you have to type them in. Ah, Jean-Pierre, it gets a bit harder ? Don't give up as it allows your memory to associate writing with pronunciation more deeply, as well as develop your vocabulary. Moreover, you can choose one of the 4 levels of difficulty to make things easier. Beginner mode starts with 10% of missing words. Good luck !!
I forgot to mention that you won't find all the French songs you can think of, but the selection is already pretty decent, Oh and there's also a karaoke mode. A great website, highly recommended. It also works with other languages...
