L'ITALIANO PER VIAGGIARE PARTE 1: IN AEROPORTO
5 anni faEcco qualche consiglio per interagire con le persone locali quando arriverete in Italia.
Il primo luogo dove inizierete a conversare, un po' per piacere ed un po' per necessità è sicuramente l'aeroporto!
Di seguito troverete alcune semplici frasi per chiedere informazioni e per affrontare eventuali problemi come la perdita del bagaglio, il ritardo del volo, la ricerca di un banco per l'accettazione o semplicemente trovare un bagno, un ristorante o l'uscita!
Chiedere informazioni in italiano: le prime necessità dei turistiù
“Dove si trova l’uscita?”- (where is the exit?)
“L’uscita si trova...a destra/ a sinistra/ dritto/ dall’altra parte/ in quella direzione...”
(the exit is at the right side/ at left/ straight on/ on the other side/ that way)
“Grazie Mille” (thank you so much).
“Dove posso ritirare i bagagli?” (Where can I collect the bags?)
“I nastri dei bagagli sono da quella parte!”- ”grazie” (the rollers to collect the bags are located that way - thanks)
“Come posso arrivare in centro?” (How can I get to the city center?)
“Puoi raggiungere il centro in macchina, in taxi, in treno..” (you may get to the city center by car, taxi or by train..)
“Dove si trova la stazione dei treni? Si trova al piano superiore”. (where is the train station? It's at the upper level).
“A che ora è il mio imbarco?” (what time will I be boarding?).
“Dov’è il check in per il volo per Miami?” (where is the check in desk for the flight to Miami?).
“Il volo è in ritardo?” (Is the plane late?). “No, è in perfetto orario” (no it’s on time).
“Il mio volo è stato cancellato. Cosa posso fare?” (my flight has been canceled. What can I do?)
“Dove si trova l’ufficio servizio clienti di questa compagnia?” (Where is the customer service office of this company?).
“Il mio bagaglio si è perso, mi può aiutare?”(my bag got lost can you assist me?).
“OK, non si preoccupi, può riempire questo modulo e può aprire la richiesta per la perdita del bagaglio.” (OK, don’t worry you can fill this form and open the request for the bag lost..)
