Ever found yourself using "very" all the time? Worry no more. If you're a beginner and you want to further improve your English, here's one for you to start with. 

Stop saying and/or using "very."
Instead, use the ones listed down below.

1.     very sad --------- sorrowful
2.    very scared ------petrified
3.    very serious ----- grave
4.    very sharp ------- keen
5.    very shiny ------- gleaming
