Request for Immediate Attention to E-Classroom Stability

Hello everyone,

I would like to express my concern regarding the ongoing issues with the e-classroom. Unfortunately, the situation seems to be getting worse and worse.
Recently, my students and I have been experiencing constant disconnections during lessons. In some classes, the connection drops every 10 seconds, forcing both of us to reload the classroom repeatedly. I checked my equipment using Verbling's "Equipment Check" feature, and everything was working properly. I also ran multiple internet speed tests to ensure that my connection was stable. This has made it very difficult to conduct smooth and effective lessons.

Honestly, I feel embarrassed in front of my students. They have dedicated their time and spent their money to learn our language, and they deserve a stable and productive learning experience. Instead, we spend a significant portion of the lesson dealing with technical issues beyond our control.

I understand that technical problems can happen, but I hope this issue can be addressed as soon as possible. The frequent interruptions are affecting both teachers and students and may negatively impact the overall learning experience.
