5 anni faHe trabajado en algunos colegios (Nepal, Ecuador, Vietnam) intentando formar a los profesores, ofreciéndoles una alternativa a los métodos de educación tradicional, centrándonos en el progreso independiente de cada estudiante, en su educación emocional y en la búsqueda de talentos e intereses.
What are the purposes of Education? What is the work of a good teacher?
- To promote the development and well being of the whole student: intellectually, physically, emotionally and socially.
- To recognise the vital interdependence of all these aspects of development within each student and the community as a whole.
- To cultivate the individual talents and potential of all the students and respects the roles and responsibilities of those who work with them.
- To create optimum conditions for the development of the students, based on compassion, experience and practical wisdom.
