My name is Bridgette, I am a native English speaker and I live in beautiful, sunny South Africa. I've been teaching English as a foreign language since 2009 and I'm still loving every moment of it!
I have taught English to students from all over the world and taught at 2 different immersion language schools in South Africa, as well as keeping online contact with many of my students through the years to continue providing a fun-filled conversational platform. I absolutely love learning about different cultures and meeting interesting people!
With me as your tutor your English will improve in leaps and bounds, amidst loads of laughter in a fun-filled environment! I find it incredibly rewarding to witness my students strive and improve their communicative skills, travel options, careers and confidence.
Our lessons will be based on your individual needs, focussing specifically on general conversation, pronunciation, and comprehension. I also especially enjoy focusing on writing, as this fundamental English area is often overlooked.
So if you have a sense of humour (and want to learn to laugh in English) and are willing to put in the time and effort – I'm your English diva!
