Su di me

My name is Martina. I was born, bred and educated in Italy between Toscana and Lombardia and have a Law degree from the Università degli Studi of Milan. In 1991 I came to London for a short time and liked it so much that I never went home. Nowadays I live in London with my English husband and my two bilingual sons. I have tutored others to use and enjoy my mother tongue. When my boys have left school, I augmented my teaching skills with a CLTA qualification (Certificate for Language Teaching to Adults).

Whether you are learning Italian for business or pleasure, to brush on existing skills, to pass exams or simply for the love of the language, I offer a bespoke service that will enable you to learn Italian in a manner that's tailor-made for you. We can start with any kind of source (part of a text, part of a video etc) and from there the aim will be to increase your vocabulary, your reading, your listening and comprehension skills and most importantly to make you fluent. Sometimes we will look into grammar structures if this is what you need, but most of all we will aim to have fun!
