Getting full and effective participation from students takes time, dedication, and an understanding of their goals and needs. 
Teachers need to be aware of the teaching material used in class and be able to divide it into equal parts for students. This means letting learners take turns when doing speaking activities is extremely essential in order to have them all caught up in a good conversation.
Encouraging students means promoting active learning and assessing their abilities.
