Helping students with Autism

Hi fellow teachers.
I have experience of volunteering with the National Autistic Society as an online befriender, and have had a lot of training in communication and helping anyone with difficulties in communication to overcome them. I would like to specialise in teaching people with autism or any anxieties in general about speaking but not sure how to go about it. Does anyone have any experience of teaching English to students with Autism?
