How many students are interested in IGCSE and/or IBDP lessons?

Dear students and teachers,

I am an IGCSE and IBDP English Language and Literature teacher and I am curious to know how many students are taking lessons in these areas.  

I would like to teach in this area and any advice or help would be brilliant.
