How to change "teacher is currently not accepting any students at this time"

Hello Verbling Community--

I have emailed the verbling support email address and received no reply about my inquiry, which is how to change the text beneath my introductory video.  The text says, "this teacher is currently now accepting any new students."  

I have updated my availability, set my promotional status so new users receive a notification but without luck.  Any suggestions or advice?  I will try emailing Verbling support again.
