Job or hobby?

We all think we know the difference between a job and a hobby, right? Getting paid for it. Working on a schedule. And, not fun. That is the definition of a job... typically. 

Is it a hobby, then, if you enjoy doing it, you get paid, and you choose your own schedule?

Think of something that you usually do for fun - even if you consider it a waste of time, like watching silly tiktoks. Then, imagine getting paid for it.  Wouldn't that be the best deal ever? Or getting paid would it ruin it, turn it into an obligation?
