One lesson: My client and I covered everything except English grammar explanations. Instead we discussed the process of moving into a new construction apartment while experiencing delays because of contractors and the Levantine culture of doing business. We talked about buyer beware laws in the US and Israel as well as the pros and cons for government policies that aim to protect consumers in the US, Israel, and Germany. Finally we discussed his views on the size and responsibilities of government. Three or four times, mid-sentence, he reached for a word that wasn't there. I gave him the words.
