Hi! I have a long experience in teaching to all levels and I provide everything you need to learn Italian. All materials (PDFs, listening activities, videos, textpads ecc) will be available for download and you can keep them for future reference.
WHAT YOU'LL GET WITH EACH CLASS:
- speaking practice and feedback
- downloadable resources for free
- reading, listening, writing, and grammar activities
- homework
My learning materials are designed to best suit a virtual environment and, at the same time, to allow flexibility and creativity so I can consistently adapt to your general and specific needs and goals.
Through my teaching experience I learned to always keep in mind and balance out 2 important things:
1. Each student is a unique individual, with their own talents and strengths, learning goals and style.
2. Language learning is a journey, where we need to follow the "natural order" of the steps, to ensure effective, enjoyable and systematic learning.
I am cheerful and v...

Italian teacher and conservatory-trained jazz vocalist · Palermo
Ciao! I'm Ruggero, an Italian language teacher and a jazz vocalist trained at the Conservatory of Palermo (Diploma cum laude in Jazz Voice, 2017). I've been teaching Italian online since 2016 — more than 8,000 one-to-one lessons with adults from thirty different countries. I hold a degree in Translation & Italian as a Second Language and a certification from the University for Foreigners of Perugia.
I work mostly with students who have already started Italian and now want to actually speak it: to loosen up, to stop translating in their heads, to get to the point where they can discuss something that matters to them. That last step is the hardest one, and it's the one I enjoy most.
My lessons focus mainly on conversation, on topics worth discussing — current events, work, films, books, whatever pulls you in. I calibrate my Italian to sit just above your level, which is where a language actually grows. I correct every...

Hi, everyone! My name is Giusi and I used to live in Rome “The Eternal City”. I am a full-time Italian teacher online. I think that the language of a country is not only a means of communication, but also the best way to go into its culture, so I couldn't help but start teaching my native language and culture. I love traveling, I'm a curious person and I'm passionate about foreign languages and cultures. I feel that this is the perfect job for me, as I enjoy talking to people from all over the world and I can learn a lot from my students too.
As for my education, it mirrors my passion for Arts and Literature that I have always had. I got a bachelor’s degree in Italian Literature in 2008; in 2011 I specialized in Art History; later on, in 2014, I decided to get a certification for teaching Italian Language to foreigner students.
The main purpose of my lessons is communicative Italian, which means learning how to use the Italian Language. In fact, the lessons are completely interactiv...

I am a native Italian speaker, I was born in Naples. I have a Master Degree in French and Italian Languages, Literature & Culture from the University of Padova (Italy) and University of Grenoble (France). I had some teaching experiences in Italian and French languages in some of the most important schools and companies across Mexico. I have taught Italian at the University of Guanajuato and French language in the Tec of Monterrey (Campus Puebla) high school. I teach italian online from five years. I love traveling and meeting people from different cultures, reading and writing novels and I have a passion for world cuisine.
I prefer a hybrid style because there is not one single method for everyone, I apply a specific methodology to all learners who have different objectives and learning needs. I like to encourage students to self-correct and to practice structures through both writing and conversation. I offer conversation classes, listening classes, reading classes and writing cla...
