Hi, I'm Rob. I'm a graduate from the Japanese dept. of The Ohio State University. I've spent extensive time both in Japan and in the US learning and tutoring in immersive Japanese settings. I'm looking forward to the chance to help teach new or returning students, and show off the effectiveness of learning through immersion. I'm extremely flexible, and willing to try and work around any schedule.

I am a "Nisei-Nikkei" (born and raised in Mexico descended from Japanese parents-second generation). I have lived in the USA and Canada, but most of my life in Mexico. I have had several English, Japanese, and Spanish conversation groups while I was a college student. I used to work at some international companies in different positions. I think that the best way to learn other languages is by practicing, and there is no more rewarding and funny way to practice than talking!
