I am a State of Illinois certified secondary level social sciences teacher with more than twelve years of classroom experience. I have a Master of Arts in Teaching degree from National-Louis University in Chicago, Illinois and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. I also have a TEFL certificate. I am originally from the American Midwest region and speak with that accent. I have a highly academic and sophisticated understanding of the English language that comes from being a lifelong student of modern world and United States history.
