I am half Canadian, half Greek, and have lived in Canada, the UK and Greece. I studied in London, where I completed my MA in Historical Performance at the Royal Academy of Music.
I have taught both English and Greek, to both children and adults, whether they wanted a structured lesson and to learn grammar, or just conversational skills.
I also work as a tutor, helping students with their schoolwork.
I believe everyone's way of learning a language is different, and I try to accommodate every student's personal learning style and character. English is a tricky language -- easy to learn to speak, but very tricky when it comes to rules, pronunciation, reading and spelling. My aim for students interested in those aspects of the language, is to make it as fun and pleasant as possible!
I am also a violinist and violin teacher, and have taught for many years.
