自己紹介

Hi! My name is Jordan and I'm from the United States. I earned a TESOL certificate from Seattle Central College in 2016 and a bachelor's degree from Illinois State University in 2010. Currently, I live in Da Nang, Vietnam where I have taught English and Business at Da Nang University of Economics since 2016. I also teach at a private English center here working with students from ages 5-17.

As someone who has been learning a new language for four years (Vietnamese), I know what challenges and frustrations you face. I have been there so I can help! I am patient and persistent. I know most students won't learn a skill the first or even fifth time. That's normal and it's why I'm here! I focus on teaching the language skills you need. I will help you figure that out so we can do it in the most effective and efficient way possible. I will teach you through conversation (topics you enjoy), exercises (videos, articles, discussion), and evaluation (how you can improve).

English is the key to many exciting opportunities and I want to help you find those opportunities. Books, websites, and individual practice can only do so much. To master a language we have to get out there and use it. So come learn with me!
