自己紹介

My name is Craig Feris, a passionate teacher for over ten years, having taught both adults from age 4 to adults. I am also currently a teacher trainer in Cape Town, South Africa. I have a BA degree in English as and I am CELTA as well as TESOL certified.

My teaching style is quite relaxed and conversational, although I am easily adaptable and design lessons to suit the specific needs of my students. Most of my experience lies with adult students at Pre-Intermediate to Advanced level and as such my lessons are usually quite topical, covering current events, hobbies, interests and other topics that generate a healthy level of discussion in students.
I approach lessons by providing students with vocabulary and grammatical structures that will familiarise them with the topic that will be covered for the lesson in order to aid them in creating meaningful sentences confidently. I also do error correction with both grammar and pronunciation to ensure students foster accuracy in their speech.
