Experienced Swahili Teacher committed to instruction that results in long-term retention. Offering 5 years of experience in developing innovative lesson plans for students from beginner to advanced level. Fluent in English, as well as Swahili, and adept at interpersonal communication.
My teaching method is first to understand the student's needs for learning the Swahili language, then I prepare the customized lesson which will help my student to meet his/her goals. I use flashcards, PowerPoint presentations, images, PDF files, Test examples, Homework assignments, articles, and news.
My classes are very interactive and fun, and the student is the center of attention which means he/she is the one who is supposed to speak more I am always a listener and facilitate the student in improving his/her Swahili speaking, listening, writing, and reading skills.
