Hallo! Schön, dich kennen zu lernen! Nice to meet you! My name is Vanessa and I want to teach you my native language German. I live in Vienna, the capital city of Austria. I moved here from a small village in the west of Austria to study and get my bachelor's degree in education. Vienna is a very beautiful city full of art and culture and I would love to share it with you through teaching you German.
Right now I am working as a teacher, where I also have the opportunity to teach German as a second language to children with a migration background.
I found that the best way to learn a language is to communicate! In our German classes you will find yourself talking from the very beginning, even though it may be just a few words and phrases. I will guide you through typical social situations like shopping for groceries, ordering food in a restaurant or getting to know new people.
I will also provide you with PDF-files, listenings and helpful tips and tricks to improve your language skills.
You will find that I am a very patient teacher who always knows how to have fun and motivate you even throughout a challenging lesson.
Due to my bachelor's degree in education and my current work I am also used to teaching children.
