Hi everyone! I'm Alice. I'm CELTA qualified and have been an ESL teacher for about 7 years with experience teaching students from all over the world including Japan, Spain and Chile. As a language learner myself, I recognise the importance of speaking the language on a regular basis in order to improve. I like to make classes interactive and give students many opportunities to speak. Using material that is tailored to each individual student and there needs and is also relevant and interesting is also extremely important, whether it be videos, games, articles or podcasts. It is so important for me as a teacher that the student is enjoying the learning experience so they feel motivated and engaged.
