自己紹介

My name Darren, I am a 28 year old native English speaker from Scotland in the United Kingdom. I have a BA(Hons) Degree in Commercial Music, I am a TEFL (120 Hours) certified English tutor and I have over 2 years worth of experience working in the English teaching world. My experience varies from being an online English language tutor to Business English and IELTS Exam preparation in Medellin, Colombia. My classes and teaching style are focused around producing language and are often conversational based. You won't just be learning English with me, you will also be learning about culture, arts, science, history and politics, which I use to explore different aspects of the English language and also to identify areas of weakness for students. I believe this is an excellent way to learn a language as it encourages the student to produce the language as much as possible which in turn will make them more comfortable when using the language in practice, as for many people the main reason for learning a new language is to be able to communicate in a real life situation.
