Does anyone has developed a complete teaching program or does it adapt to specific needs?

I have noticed a lot of students lose interest after a certain number of classes, since they only take one or two classes per week, have any of you developed a complete language program from basic to advanced?

  Or how you transmit the  idea that learning a language must be in a consistent way and that the continued support of a tutor here would be crucial and beneficial for the student, as long as the classes are frequent.
