How can you rich your vocabulary from food receips's videos

A year ago i start watching food receips on youtube , and i found thats this is a very useful way to learn more english vocabulary , at the same time i learnt how to cook a tasty food from deffrent culture such as: pudding , turkish chawarma , bread , chocklate cake and a lot of other receips  , so what do you think about this idea?
