In Spanish, there's "o sea que" and "pues" and "es que"; Catalan has "llavors", "es a dir", "doncs" and "o sigui"; English has "like", "kind of"/"sort of", "well", "y'see", "so", and many others.
What are the JUNK WORDS in the languages you know or are learning? Y'know, those waste-of-space words which just add noise and kill time, but which don't actually add any value to what's being said!
