NETWORK OUTAGE ⚠️
5년 전Unfortunately, Verbling experienced network outages starting at approximately 8:15 PM GMT on Feb. 3rd, causing the Verbling site to be temporarily unavailable. We're back now, but may experience some lingering issues throughout the day.
Please know that we are working hard to make sure this doesn't happen again and greatly appreciate your patience and collaboration in this matter.
All missed lessons will be compensated. Please contact customer support and provide a link to the lesson that you've missed and we will review it and resolve it by the end of the week: https://support.verbling.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
To get a link for your lesson:
Open the lesson on the computer and copy-paste the link in the address bar. As the support team is currently flooded with requests, we kindly ask you to send one request per lesson (either from teacher or student, we will resolve it for both).

Important note: In case of outage, the recommended best practice is to always Unschedule the lesson if possible; you will still be compensated, it just helps to streamline the procedure. Also, please remember the importance of providing the direct link to the lesson, as described above, as this will help to greatly speed up the process. Thank you!
