NEW today - help please, very confused!

HI guys, pleased to join your community.  Can someone please explain:

Are we given materials/presentations to do the training with ?
Or, do we have to produce our own ?
How can I view a demo of a typical lesson ?
Does anyone have a video of their lesson which I could watch ?

I have done lots of online English teaching but the materials have always been provided, usually as a powerpoint presentation...and I cannot find anything in the teacher section of Verbling to help or answer this question.
